摘要:医保信息管理系统涉及医疗保险管理部门和医院医疗、财务、物资、信息等业务部门,是医院信息管理系统的重
要组成部分,文章介绍了医保信息管理系统的网络接口和费用结算、诊疗监控、财务管理等主要业务功能,并对其在医院
诊疗活动中的作用做了说明。医保信息管理系统的应用很好地满足了就诊病人不断提高的医疗需求,提高了医院医保
管理水平。

0引言
随着我国基本医疗保险制度改革的不断深入,参保人员覆
盖面越来越广,基本实现了人人参保,医院就医的几乎都是医
保病人。同时,随着通信网络的发展,与医院联网实时结算的
医保机构越来越多,医保管理制度和手段日益完善,内容逐步
细化,需求层次逐步提高…,医院对医保病人的管理渐渐深入到
各个医疗环节。随着医保业务范围和业务量的不断扩大,医保
信息管理系统作为医院收费系统的接L]软件已显现出极为重
要的地位。
