〔摘要〕医保办通过发挥职能作用,加强对患者的宣传和沟通,促进医患关系的和谐; 同时主动和临床科室主任、医生保持
良好的信息沟通,积极协调配合,良性互动,建立与医保管理机构的合作伙伴关系,从而实现医、保、患三方共赢局面,进一步推
进医疗保险制度健康可持续发展。

On the Construction of a Harmonious Hospital - Insurance Agency - Patient Relationship

Abstract: Medical insurance office should fulfill its supposed functions,which includes enhancing the publici-
ty munication with patients,constructing a harmonious doctor - patient relationship,making an active co -
ordination and mutual promotion with city medical insurance agencies,so as to maximize the benefits of the three
parties in the medical service including hospitals,insurance agencies and patients,and promote a stable,sustain-
able development of hospitals.
