浅谈医学硕士研究生综合能力的培养

【摘要】随着社会的发展和医学的不断进步,人们对医学硕士研究生的培养提出了新的更高的要求,必须提高医学硕士研
究生的综合能力,才能真正培养出具有国际竞争力的高层次人才,满足我国医学事业发展的需要。本文针对目前在我国医学
硕士研究生培养中存在的问题,阐述了应该采取的必要措施及对策。

随着社会的不断进步,医学科技和卫生事业的
飞速发展,国家对医学硕士研究生的知识、能力和素
质提出了更高的要求,只有培养出大量基础知识牢
固,临床技能较强,并具有一定科研能力的高级医学
人才,才能满足我国医学事业发展的需要。文章就
医学硕士研究生综合能力的培养,从提高医学硕士
