(1)联系供应商,确定可以装船的日期。 To confirm with the supplier about the estimated or exact loading date.
(2)与货代联系,因据装运日期相应安排货柜。  To confirm with the forwarder about the containers according to the loading date set by the supplier.
(3)拖车可以由供应商或者货代安排,需要确认。因为需要报关,所以拖柜通常安排在截关前的1-2天左右。Trucking could be arranged by either supplier or the forwarder. It shall be confirmed. It will be better to arrange the trucking 1 or 2 days before the Closing date for Customs Declaration.
(4)装柜后,向供应商索取装柜清单。对单的工作可以由供应商以及货代完成After loading, ask the supplier for the loading detail. The supplier and the forwarder will confirm the B/L according to the L/C.。
2.  船务需要注意的问题。Possible Problems.   
(1)  海运的价格在不同的时期会出现浮动。甚至本周走的船的价格与下周的船的价格都不同。此,最好提前2-3周与供应商确定交货日期,然后提早给货代下定柜纸。The Ocean Freight may fluctuate between different weeks. It is better to confirm with the Supplier about the delivery 2-3 weeks before and advise the supplier to send the Booking to the Forwarder.
(2) 同样,为了防止货代提不到柜,一定要提前1周或者在预定装柜日期2-3天与供应商确定交货日期,与货代确定拖柜时间。It will be better to confirm with the Forwarder and the Supplier about the Loading Date and reconfirm with the Forwarder about the container.
(3)拖柜事件最好提前1-2天,主要是为了防止: A, 货柜出现问题,坏车或者其他原因无法返回码头交柜。
B, 报关出现问题以及海关查柜发现问题等。
