摘要:黄体生成素发挥生理作用是通过黄体生成素受体(Luteinizing Hormone Receptor,LHR)介导的。研究动物黄体生成素受体及其基因对于阐明动物的生殖生理机制具有重要意义。本文论述了动物LHR的分布、结构、表达及其调控、作用机理等方面的研究进展,并对目前GenBank已公布的人、鼠、主要畜禽黄体生成素受体基因的编码区序列进行了同源性比较分析。

Abstract:The actions of luteinizing hormone were thought to be mediated through binding to its receptor (Luteinizing Hormone Receptor,LHR).LHR gene of animal was of importance to understand the reproduction physiology of paper summarized the research progress in LHR including its histological distribution,structure,expression,regulation and functional mechanism in also analyzed the sequence homology of the LHR gene coding sequence for human,mouse,chicken and other animal published in the GenBank.

黄体生成素(Luteinizing Hormone,LH)又称作促黄体素,是由腺垂体嗜碱性细胞合成并分泌的一种大分子糖蛋白,由α和β两个亚基非共轭结合形成,其中β亚基具有决定其分子特异性的构型特征,可以识别适当的靶组织,并与特定的受体结合,进而发挥其生理功能[1],LH可和卵泡刺激素(Follicle Stimulating Hormone,FSH)协同作用促进卵泡成熟、触发排卵、促进黄体形成并分泌雌激素和孕激素,在动物生殖过程中发挥重要作用。黄体生成素发挥生理作用是通过黄体生成素受体(Luteinizing Hormone Receptor,LHR)介导的。自McFarland等[2]和Loosfelt等[
