[摘要]以SOA框架为组装蓝图,符合SOA标准的构件块是分散、可重用的服务和架构元素,专业教学资源库作为一种服务是共享资源的基础单元,可以用于构成复合的应用程序和服务基础架构,指出教学资源库的建设是一个累积的过程,要与教学过程相辅相成,主要采用调研法、数据建模、需求驱动及项目工程管理等研究方法,给出应用系统实施的步骤。

【Abstract】Using SOA framework for assembly blueprint, block ponent in accordance with the standard of SOA is scattered, reused services and structure elements. Professional teaching resource as a service is based unit of s, it can be used to make up posite application and the foundation structure of service. The construction of teaching resource is accumulating process with the teaching process to supplement each other. An application system is given implementation steps mainly using the survey method, data modeling, demand-driven method and project management method.

在教育部、财政部关于实施国家示范性高等院校建设计划加快高等职业教育改革与发展的意见中,提到对于需求量大、覆盖面广的专业,中央财政安排经费支持共享型专业教学资源库建设。随着信息与网络等基础的逐步加强,各职业院校都开展了不同程度的教学资源整理或资料库建设,但各自建设所形成的重复建设、信息孤岛、缺乏交流也日益突出,以面向服务为架构指导,专业教学资源与应用平台设计遵循开放性、可扩展性和可持续性的原则,解决教学资源库共建共享的问题。
教学资源库是各种音频、视频、文字、网页等格式的教学资源的汇集,为提高教学水平服务,主要为教与学提供丰富的、多元化的网络资源,使用者可根据需要从库中找出多种资源用于教学等目的。教学资源库包含各类资源管理与共享
