资源型城市经济转型研究
——以鄂尔多斯市为例
摘要:我国资源型城市普遍存在生态破坏加剧、未形成规模经济、产业结构不合理、所有制结构单一、就业压力大、人居环境恶劣等突出问题,这些问题严重制约了资源型城市的经济转型。在新的经济形势下,资源型城市可以通过狠抓矿区生态环境治理、节能降耗集约发展、优化产业结构、发展相关产业和绿色、低碳、循环经济、深化所有制改革、加大教育与科技投入等措施,积极推动资源型城市的经济转型。本文结合鄂尔多斯市在经济转型过程中的成功经验与做法,意在对资源型城市的经济转型提供借鉴。

Economic transformation of resource-based cities
——Ordos City
Abstract: The typical coal resources cities in China have the same severe problems which include increasing ecological destruction, non-formation of scale economy, unreasonable industrial structure, single ownership structure, pressure of employment and reemployment, and bad living environment. All of these prevent the economic restructure of typical coal resources cities. Under the new economic situation, these cities can promote the economic restructure actively by paying attention to ecological protection and treatment, saving energy and reducing consumption, optimizing the industrial structure, developing green and low-carbon economy, further carrying out the reform of ownership, investing more in education and technology. This paper aims at provide reference for the economic restructure of typical coal resources cities through the essful example of Ordos.
