摘要:研究了以氧化锌矿为原料,经酸浸、净化、合成、过滤、洗涤、干燥制得中间产物碱式碳酸锌,碱式碳酸锌经煅烧制备饲料级氧化锌的工艺过程。重点考察了制备工艺中酸浸、除杂条件以及煅烧温度和时间对产品质量的影响。结果表明:采用30%的H2SO4浸取,%的H2O2氧化除杂,锌粉置换重金属可得到精制硫酸锌溶液,采用碳酸钠与硫酸锌合成可得到碱式碳酸锌,控制煅烧温度为900℃,煅烧时间为4h制备的氧化锌产品可达到HG/T 2792-1996饲料级氧化锌一级品标准,应用该工艺建设了一套5000t/a的生产装置。

Technology on Preparation of Feed Zinc Oxide with Zinc Oxide Ore and Production Practice

Abstract: A new technology for the preparation of feed zinc oxide from zinc oxide ore was studied. The processes of preparation using the material of zinc oxide ore make medium producer of basic zinc carbonate included acid-leaching, purifying, synthesis, filtrating, washing, drying. Place emphasis on the research about the effect of preparation process of acid leaching, impurity removal conditions and calcination temperature and time on product quality. The results show that: 30% H2SO4 leaching, % of the H2O2 oxidation of impurity removal, zinc replacement of refined zinc sulfate solution available heavy metals, sodium carbonate and zinc sulfate synthesized basic zinc carbonate to control the calcination temperature of 900 ℃, calcined time of 4h prepared zinc oxide product can be achieved HG / T 2792-1996 feed grade zinc oxide product standard, the application of the
