护理满意度的研究分析

【摘要】:目的探讨健康教育对提高骨科患者满意度的作用。方法: 选取60例骨科住院患者作为研究对象,随机分为健康教育组和对照组各30例,对照组采用骨科常规护理,健康教育组进行有计划系统的健康教育。比较两组患者对护理工作的满意度。结果: 健康教育组的患者满意率高于对照组的患者满意率(P<)。结论实施健康教育可显著改善临床骨科护理质量,提高患者满意度,应加强临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the effect of health education in satisfying orthopaedic inpatients. Method:60 orthopaedic inpatients were Collected as object of study,which were randomly half divided into health education group and coutrol health education group were under a planded way of health care system ,the other were under a orthopaedic convention care. Result: The rate of satisfaction to health education group is higher than the control group(P<).Conclusion: Carry out the health education can effectily improving the quality of the orthopaedic inpatients care and pleased inpatients further more.

随着经济社会的不断发展,人们生活质量不断提高,对护理服务质量的要求也随之提高。我院为适应新的形势要求,对骨科住院患者开展了健康教育和护理满意度的对照研究,现将结果报告如下。
1 资料和方法
一般资料
选取60例骨科住院患者作为研究对象,其中男33例,女27例,年龄18~45岁,上肢骨折21例,下肢骨折39例。将研究对象随机分为健康教育组和对照组各30例,两组年龄、文化程度、病情等一般资料比较无显著性差异(P>)。
