OEM生产已成为现代工业生产的重要组成部分。随着经济全球化发展趋势的进一步加快,OEM需求商有可能在更大范围内挑选OEM供应商,特别是向加工制造成本低廉的国家和地区转移。而OEM供应商的选择,对于研发企业来说至关重要。因为通过OEM所生产产品的质量,决定了研发企业的品牌价值。基于此,本文综述了OEM供应商选择的相关研究成果,简要介绍了系统动力学的相关理论和应用方法,并在此基础上以移动电源厂商为实例建立了OEM供应商选择系统动力学模型,经过深入细致的系统分析后导入具体数值,使用系统动力学专用软件VENSIM运行了模型,通过对运行结果的分析与检验,确认了该模型的合理性与实用性,最后利用该模型对影响OEM供应商选择的相关因素进行了变量控制分析,得到了各因素对OEM供应商选择的不同的影响效果,找出了选择OEM供应商的关键因素,基于此对移动电源OEM供应商的选择,给出了策略建议。
本文的模拟结果显示,在OEM供应商选择的诸多影响因素中,质量、竞争强度和资费水平对其的影响效果最为明显,其中质量对OEM供应商选择产生的影响最大。故移动电源研发企业要想使长远利润最大化,在选择OEM供应商时产品质量是第一要素。

Mobile Power OEM supplier selection factors analysis and system dynamics
Abstrct:OEM production has e an important part of modern industrial production. As the trend of economic globalization is further accelerated, OEM needs are likely to be wider selection of OEM suppliers, in particular to countries and areas of the manufacturing costs are low. And oem supplier selection, is crucial for the development of enterprises. Because oem produced through product quality, determine the R & D enterprise brand value.
