农村卫生适宜技术研究现状、问题及对策*

摘要: 农村卫生适宜技术的推广应用是项任重道远的工作, 建立与完善农村卫生适宜技术推广网络, 对提升农村
医疗卫生水平、有效缓解“看病难看病贵”的问题、造福于广大人民群众具有重要意义。文章从农村卫生适宜技术的概
念出发, 阐述农村卫生适宜技术的特点, 介绍其国外推广的经验, 并从推广效果、推广机制或模式、筛选评估指标等三
个方面对中国农村卫生适宜技术的研究现状进行阐述, 最后总结归纳了目前农村卫生适宜技术推广存在的问题并提
出相应的对策。

Feasible medical technology in rural areas of China: status quo, problems and countermeasures

Abstract: T he po pularizat ion o f feasible medical technolog y in rural areas is of g reat importance. T o perfect
feasible medica l techno lo gy helps to improv e health care serv ice, to ease t he burden o f g oing to hospital a nd t o benefit
the patients. T he A rticle starts with the concept and feat ures of feasible medical t echnolo gy , introduces ex perience in
fo reig n countries, illustrates the current research situatio n from three aspects, namely po pularizatio n effect, mode and
ev aluation indicato rs. It co ncludes w it h pro blems in po pulariza tio n es up w ith the co rrespo nding
countermeasures.
