〔摘要〕从患方视角对医患关系的影响因素进行分析,发现医疗费用、医疗质量、患者就医选择、医患信任度、医疗行业不正
之风等对医患关系有影响,并对降低医疗费用、提高医疗质量、尊重患者的知情同意权等重点措施进行了探讨。

Abstract From the view of patients'side,the authors analyze the influencial factors on physician - patient re-
lationship,and find out main influencial factors including medical expenses,medical quality,patients' choice of
medical service,level of physician - patient trust,medical malpractice and so on. Measures were also discussed for
debasing the medical expenses,improving the medical quality,protecting patients' right of informed consent.
