肺曲菌病 CT诊断的探讨

摘
要: 目的: 提高对肺曲菌病 CT 征象的认识, 为肺曲菌病的诊断提供有意义的影像学依据。方法: 收集经病
理、支纤镜痰培养证实的肺曲菌病 16例, 对其临床资料及 CT 表现进行回顾性总结和分析。结果: 病灶表现为结
节灶 12例, 单发 10例, 多发 2例; 空洞性结节 7例, 空洞内见可移动性结节 5例, 单发或多发性片状实变影 2例,
条状致密影 2例。结论:
空气半月征、
滚珠征是肺曲菌病的特征性 CT 表现, 应重视对此征象的观察; 早期肺
曲菌病无明显特征性表现, 需充分结合临床病史及实验室检查; 最终确诊有赖于手术、病理或支纤镜痰培养。
