基于关键链技术的项目管理软件研究*

摘要: 关键链技术( CCM) 的出现给项目管理软件研究带来新的挑战。当今国际主流项目管理软件多采纳关
键路径法( CPM) , 伴随项目管理的深入和发展, 这类软件难以适应实际需要。从理论和应用角度分析比较了基
于关键路径和关键链的项目管理软件, 指出关键链项目管理方法( CCPM) 引入主流项目管理软件中的必然
趋势。

Abstract: Research of project management( PM) software have been faced with new challenges since critical chain method
( CCM) came up. Today, most of the international PM software use critical path method ( CPM) . Nevertheless, with the
development of PM, those applications have not fit in with actual demand. Analysed pared two of different PMsoftwares
which based on the CPM M individually in terms of theory and application, also pointed out the tendency that critical
chain project management ( CCPM) would be applied to the mainstreamPM software.
