基于莫诺苷转化的山茱萸环烯醚萜苷提取工艺研究

[摘要] 目的:基于莫诺苷转化现象研究山茱萸环烯醚萜苷的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,优选山茱萸环烯醚萜苷
提取工艺。结果:山茱萸中环烯醚萜苷的最佳提取工艺为:以水做提取溶剂,加 10 倍量水,提取 3 次,每次 80 min,莫诺苷转移
率为 145% ,马钱苷为 92% 。结论:优选所得山茱萸提取工艺稳定、合理,可大量提高莫诺苷的提取量。

[Abstr act ] Objective:Study on extracting technology of iridoid glycoside from Corni fructus based on
transformation of morroniside. Method:The optimal conditions for extracting iridoid glycoside from Corni fructus
were studied by orthogonal design. Result:The optimal conditions of refluxing method were as follows:water was
used to extract for 3 times and ten times volume of solvent was used to extract for 80 minutes for each time,
morroniside transformationrate was 145% ,loganin was 92% . Conclusion:The optimum extraction processes are
