摘要
随着科技和经济的发展,信息网络和市场竞争逐渐形成了全球化,企业管理模式开始从“纵向一体化”转变为“横向一体化”,因此企业之间的竞争,转变为供应链和供应链之间的竞争。采购管理是供应链管理的最重要的因素,是实施供应链管理的基础,大多数企业总成本中采购成本占的比例相当大,在汽车生产企业,采购成本占企业总成本的70%,因此加强采购管理、降低成本对提高企业竞争地位有着很大的战略意义。本文通过理论与实际相结合,对北汽福田欧辉客车公司的采购管理进行改进研究。在理论方面分析了采购管理和供应链管理的相关理论,以及传统的采购管理和供应链环境下的采购管理的区别。实际方面对北汽福田欧辉客车公司现行的采购管理进行研究分析,找到其采购管理中存在的问题并分析,寻求解决方案,从采购运作流程和供应商管理方面对北汽福田欧辉客车公司采购管理提出改进建议,提高企业的快速反应能力,降低企业的运营成本,从而提高企业的竞争力。

Abstract
With the development of technology and economy, work and petition gradually globalization, began to enterprise management mode change from "vertical integration" to "horizontal integration", so petition between enterprises transforms from supply chain to supply chain. Procurement management is the most important factor in the supply chain management and the basis for the implementation of supply chain management, The cost of procurement accounts for a considerable proportion in most part of enterprise’s total cost. In automobile production enterprises, procurement costs account for a 70% of enterprise’s total cost, thus it has a significant strategic to strengthen the procurement management and reduce costs to improve petitive position,. Through bination of theory and practice, this paper aims to improve the procurement management about Beiqi Foton Ou Hui pany. In the theory aspects this paper analysis the relevant theories of procurement management and supply chain management, what’s more the paper show the difference between traditional procurement management and procurement management under supply chain environment. At the aspects of reailty ,the paper analysis the procurement management which practice in Beiqi Foton Ou Hui pany.
