本文基于工业工程的方法和理念,针对一汽大众仪表盘分装线中存在的问题,着重探讨了工业工程技术和方法在生产型企业中的应用。本文首先利用MOD法得到各个工位的标准时间,并计算产能;其次利用生产线平衡率的方法对奥迪车仪表盘分装线进行评定,确定该分装线是否需要改进;再次应用“ECRS”原则和“5W1H”提问法分析未达到平衡的奥迪车仪表盘分装线上所存在的问题并找到解决方法,并对奥迪车仪表盘分装线改造,从而平衡优化奥迪车仪表盘分装线;最后借助于仿真软件flexsim,对设计出来的奥迪车仪表盘分装线进行快速仿真,通过各个工位的工作时间占整个工作时间的百分比,来反映各个工位的工作状况,从而找出在生产线运行过程中存在的瓶颈问题并对此进行了分析并提出改进方案,以辅助企业管理者进行正确决策。

Abstract
This paper based on the techniques and methods of industrial engineering concepts for the problems of The faw Volkswagen dashboard packaging line . focuses on the methods of industrial engineering and production enterprise application. First of all. making use of the MOD to get each workstation's standard time. and calculation production capacity. Secondly, using the method of production line balancing to evaluated Faw Volkswagen Audi’s dashboard's assembly whether the repacking line needs to be improved. into use the "ECRS" principle and "5W1H"question method to analysis the existing problems of the Faw volkswagen audi's dashboard's assembly line which fails to achieve find a solution of this ,Using simulation software flexsim to design out Faw Volkswagen an audi dashboard assembly line for rapid analyze the utilization rate of workers,Output control and Factory management and so on situations. So as to find out the bottleneck in line running process. And carries on the analysis and put forward the improvement plan,To help enterprise managers make correct decisions.
