滋肝益肾膏制备工艺研究

摘要:目的:优选滋肝益肾膏制备工艺的最佳条件参数。方法:以岀膏率为指标,以加水倍数、煎煮时间、提取次数为三因素,用

L(9 3 )正交表进行试验,优选出滋肝益肾膏的最佳工艺参数。结果:经优选的制备工艺条件为加水 5 倍,每次煎煮 ,提取 3
次。结论:该制备工艺参数可行,质量符合要求,是制备滋肝益肾膏的最佳工艺。

Study on the preparation technology of Ziganyishenggao

Abstract:Objective: To explore condition paramenter in the technology of preparation process of Ziganyishenggao. Methods: L(9 3)
orthogonal design was used to explore the explore the correct parameter in the preparation process which was measured against the
extraction ratio as an index and was influenced by the factors:the multiple of water added the duration of decoction and the times of
decoction. Results:the best condition in the preparation processwas: adding five folds of water,extracting three times,one and a half
hours at every turn. Conclusion:the parameter in the preparation technology are efficient and the quality meets requirment .It is the
best technology to prepare and make the Ziganyishenggao.
