[摘要] 失语症作为脑血管疾病的常见并发症,随着脑血管疾病发病率的逐年升高而日益增多,由此所致的交流障碍及心理障
碍严重影响患者的生存质量。血氧水平依赖的功能性磁共振成像(BOLD-fMRI)技术实现了脑形态学和功能学的完美结合,是目前
研究失语症语言功能恢复机制应用较为广泛的技术。本文就近年来利用 BOLD-fMRI 技术探讨失语症的恢复机制进行综述。

Abstract: Aphasia, as one of plications of cerebrovascular diseases, showed the rising trend year by year with the in-
creasing of cerebrovascular diseases incidence, munication difficulties and psychological barriers caused by aphasia had seriously
affected the patients' quality of life. Blood oxygen level dependent functional ic resonance imaging (BOLD-fMRI) made the brain
morphology and bined perfectly, had became the most widely available functional neuroimaging modality to explore the neuro-
plastic mechanisms responsible for recovery of language. This review made a summary about the neuroplastic mechanisms responsible for
recovery of language.
