大白菜抗根肿病“临时保持系”的
选育方法研究

摘要:以现有的抗根肿病大白菜雄性不育甲型“两用系”CRAB742为不育源向本地主栽品种转育,采用同一轮
回亲本,分别回交转育雄性不育甲型“两用系”和“临时保持系”。根据复等位基因遗传模式设计 3种转育抗根
肿病“临时保持系”的方法。结果表明:方法 3得到的“临时保持系”抗病性及经济性状与来源同一材料的雄性
不育甲型“两用系”最接近,均达到转育要求,可利用其配制抗根肿病的雄性不育系。

Abstract:Anti - clubroot Chinese cabbage AB lines ( type I) (CRAB42) were transferred to the main lo
cal cultivars as a source of male sterility, the same recurrent parents were adop ted to backcrossing AB lines
( type I) and temporary maintainer line respectively. Three methods to transfer anti - clubroot temporary main
tainer line were designed based on Multiple A llele Hypothesis of ic male sterility. The results showed that
the resi
