巴洛沙星片微生物限度检查方法
验证试验研究

摘要
目的建立巴洛沙星片微生物限度检查法。方法制备 1: 10、1: 100的供试液, 采用离心
沉淀与薄膜过滤的方法, 来测定试验菌的回收率。结果供试品稀释 100倍后, 采用离心沉淀与薄膜过
滤法, 回收率即可达 70% 以上。结论可采用离心沉淀与薄膜过滤法消除巴洛沙星的抑菌活性, 建立其
微生物限度检查法。

Abstract
Objective To set up am ethod for derm mi ing m icrob ial lmi its in balofloxacin tablets. M eth
ods 1: 10, 1: 100 sam ple test solu tion w ere prepared, and the centrifugation, m em brane filtration m ethod w ere
app lied. The recovery w as detected. Results W hen the sam ple dilution 100 tmi es, the recovery w as over 70%
w ith them ethod of centrifugation andm em brane filtration. Conclusion A fterm ethod of centrifugation collection
and m embrane filtration, the am ount of bacteria and controled bacteria can be determ ined in balofloxacin tab
lets.
