花生脱壳机的设计
摘要
花生是我国重要的经济与油料作物,它是世界上贸易量比较大的坚果商品之一。我国的花生种植面积约占世界花生种植面积的1/6,总产量占世界的1/3,是我国具有国际竞争力的大宗农产品。花生脱壳机的使用降低了农民的劳动强度,促进了花生产业的发展。但是,目前国内外花生脱壳机对花生破碎率的要求都比较严格,限制了花生脱壳机的使用范围。因此,降低花生脱壳机的破壳率仍然是研制花生脱壳机的核心问题。在研究了相关资料与调查之后,对于花生果的物理特性设计了一种滚筒栅条式花生剥壳装置。确定合理的滚筒转速、滚筒半径与栅条间隙。进行双滚筒式花生剥壳机的机构设计。

The Design on Peanut Sheller
Abstrct
Peanuts are important economic and oil crops in the world as well as in China. They are one of the nuts wares which are traded relatively largely in volume. The planting area of peanuts in China accounts for about one sixth of the world's, and the total output of them accounts for one third of the world's. Developing peanuts production and processing is an urgent need to improve agricultural foreign exchange erning and increase farmers' sheller plays a positive role in reducing farmers' labor intensity and improving labor productivity, and boost the development of peanut processing industry. Therefore, it is still a crucial problem on develop peanut sheller to reduce its crush rate. According to the physical characteristics of peanuts, I design a roller-grid type peanut sheller.
