摘要
人力资本空间集聚有其自身的时空演变过程和形成机理,是决定其整体使用效率的一个重要因素,对促进人力资本自身投入产出效益的提高,和促进区域经济增长都有着极为重要的理论和现实意义。如何提高人力资本的空间集聚效益,强化人力资本集聚对经济发展的支撑作用对我国在知识经济时代的发展至关重要。
论文主要论述研究背景、研究方法和研究的目的意义,分析国内外研究现状,简要考察国内外人力资本的理论渊源与进展,介绍三种研究方法并提出本研究的主要内容、研究的目的意义;通过对人力资本空间集聚的界定和测算,人力资本空间集聚的过程和人力资本空间集聚的机理叙述,对人力资本空间集聚理论有一个详细的认知;以青海省为例,研究人力资本空间集聚对区域经济增长的效应分析,具体为:人力资本空间集聚的特征分析,人力资本空间集聚的影响因素分析和人力资本空间集聚的效应分析,并提出优化人力资本空间结构,促进人力资本合理集聚的对策建议。

Abstract
Human capital spatial gather has unique spatio-temporal process and formative mechanism, it not only can promote the input-output efficiency of human capital, but also has important academic and practical meaning in optimizing the industrial structure and advancing the regional economy. Spatial distribution of human capital is an important factor which determines the holistic efficiency. It is very important that how to promote the spatial gather benefit of human capital and intensify the support effect human capital put on economic development in knowledge economy times.
This paper mainly discusses the purpose of the research background, research methods and research significance. Analysis of research status at home and abroad, a brief review of domestic and foreign human capital theory origin and progress, and introduces three kinds of research methods and puts forward the main content of this research significance, research purposes. Through the definition and measurement of human capital agglomeration, human capital agglomeration process of narrative, the mechanism of human capital agglomeration and the theory of human capital agglomeration has a detailed knowledge. Taking Qing Hai as an example, study the human capital agglomeration effect analysis of the regional economic growth. It specifically analyzes the characteristic
