【摘要】目的:观察杜氏外用药“痹痛贴”治疗腰肌劳损的临床疗效,形成中医“专病专药”的治疗特色。方法:将100例腰肌劳损患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组:常规休息制动,用“痹痛贴”(四川省中医药科学院中医研究所生产,每盒2帖)外敷;对照组:常规休息制动,用“安慰剂”(四川省中医药科学院中医研究所生产,每盒2帖)外敷。根据检测指标(疼痛、压痛、功能障碍等)治疗变化,计算出治疗的有效率。结果:100例患者中,93例完成整个治疗过程,脱落7例。治疗组48例(男20例,女28例);对照组45例(男20例,女25例)。两组治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<);治疗组治疗前后指标变化比较差异均有统计学意义(P<),对照组治疗前后评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>);临床疗效治疗组优于对照组。结论:“痹痛贴”是一种使用方便、安全、疗效确切的治疗腰肌劳损的外用剂,值得临床推广应用。

Research of clinical effects of Medicinal plaster in the treatment of fatigue of lumbar

Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical effects of medicinal plaster of Mr Du in the treatment of fatigue of lumbar and to form an unique advantage of traditional medicine. Method: 100 patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The patients in trial group were treated with medicinal plaster pasted up the affected tissue in condition of conventional rest and brake. The patients in control group were treated with placebo.
