摘要:介绍了一台110kV变压器在运行中出现在线监测装置连续告警,在判断变压器故障时,结合电气试验、油色谱分析以及设备运行、检修等情况进行综合分析判断,最后比较准确的确诊变压器内部存在的故障部位,打开低压侧人口门检查验证了试验及诊断的正确性。指出制造工艺不良是该变压器故障的主要原因。

Abstract: Give an alarm having introduced that 110 one kV transformers appear in operation to monitor a device on line , judging as well as equipment condition such as working , examining and repairing carries prehensive bining with the electricity experiment , oil colour spectrum analysis during the period of the malfunction judging a transformer, the malfunction location that paratively accurate confirmation of a disease there exists in the inside of transformer, opens up low pressure inclining population examining that have verified an experiment and diagnostic correctness points out a manufacturing engineering bad be to owe transformer malfunction main part cause.
