北京市轨道交通网系统化管理模式研究

论文提要
我国城市轨道交通发展正进入机遇期,北京市城市轨道交通已形成一定的网络规
模,目前正处于密集发展阶段,为了使轨道交通的规划、投融资、建设、运营及有关
商业开发等业务性工作协同配合开展,深入挖掘轨道交通潜能以发挥其最大效益,有
必要建立对轨道交通网的系统化管理模式。文中依据系统理论和轨道交通相关理论阐
述了作者的一些基础性思考,并运用系统性思维方式逐步深入分析可能存在的问题,
直至最终构建出系统化管理模式。系统化的逻辑思维方式是贯穿于论证中一条主线,
在具体论述中主要运用了科学系统方法、比较分析研究方法、理论与实际相结合的研
究方法、定性与定量相结合的研究方法、现实与发展相结合的研究方法等。文中经过
分析论证阐明了欲构建系统化管理模式,必须在轨道交通相关企业间建立起协调协作
配合机制,作者称之为软性机制,这样才能统筹好整体。为保证建立起这种有效的沟
通协调机制,作者建议性指出了相关企业的发展战略与对策选择。
作者在文章中剖析问题时坚持联系实际并由大到细微处逐步分析阐明难点所在
(绘制出图形模型);在构建模型时作者提供了量化的指标,将模式的构建引向深入;
同时作者在文章中阐明了延伸性思考。这些都有可能是作者在论文中创新的环节。

Abstract
China's urban rail transit development is entering a period of opportunity, Beijing urban rail
work has formed a certain scale, currently under intensive development phase, in order to
make rail transit planning,investment and financing, construction, operation and mercial
development and other businesses work together with the carrying out in-depth in order to tap the
potential of rail transport to play its maximum benefit, it is necessary to establish the systematic
orbital work management model. Paper based on systems theory and rail traffic
related theories expounded by some of the basic thinking and the application of systematic ways of
thinking and gradually in-depth analysis of possible problems, and eventually build up a systematic
management model. A systematic way of logical thinking throughout the demonstration in a main
line, deal specifically with the main application of the scientific systems approach, parative
analysis of research methods, theory and practice bining research methods, combining
qualitative and quantitative research methods, reality and the development of bination of
