文档介绍：无张力补片修补法治疗疝气25例的临床疗效观察
摘要:目的:观察无张力补片修补法治疗疝气的临床疗效,评价其临床应用效果,为今后临床治疗提供参考和借鉴。方法:本研究随机选取我院2011年2月~2013年2月期间收治的疝气患者50例,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予传统手术治疗,观察组则给予无张力补片修补法治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组术后下床活动时间、疼痛时间、住院时间均明显少于对照组(P<);%%(χ2=,P=);随访6~9个月,%%(χ2=,P=),差异均有统计学意义。结论:无张力补片修补法治疗疝气能有效地减少患者痛苦,缩短疗程,降低并发症率及复发率,疗效显著且安全性高,值得在临床实践中广泛的应用和推广。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of tension-free repair repair method for treating hernia piece, and evaluate its clinical application effect, for the future and to provide reference for clinical treatment.
