煤与瓦斯突出是煤矿重大灾害事故之一,严重威胁着煤矿的安全生产。我国
是世界上煤与瓦斯突出(以下简称突出)灾害最严重的国家,大多数煤矿地质条
件复杂,瓦斯大,煤与瓦斯突出危险性严重。2008 年全国煤矿发生重大突出事故
10 起,占重、特大瓦斯事故的 %。在瓦斯事故中,揭开突出危险煤层造成的
突出事故危害尤为严重。在放炮揭开煤层的瞬间,由于表层突然破碎卸压,煤体
应力状态和瓦斯赋存状态突然改变,富含瓦斯的煤层在瓦斯压力和地应力作用下,
急剧向巷道空间抛出大量煤岩和瓦斯,造成石门揭煤突出。
本文结合中泰矿业(原鹤壁四矿)石门揭煤实际情况,分析煤层赋存和构造
特征,应用 RFPA-2D 数值研究软件,分析水力化径向压裂石门揭煤断面煤层的可
行性和合理参数,并通过在回风暗斜井-440m 的现场试验,深入研究了水力化径
向压裂石门揭煤防突技术,在此项防突措施下,安全快速的揭开了突出煤层,并
在此矿井其它揭煤点和其它突出矿井得到了很好的推广应用,均取得了良好的效
果。
研究安全、高效、快速的突出石门揭煤技术,对于保证我国的能源供应,促
进矿区的经济发展,保证国家财产和职工的生命安全、社会稳定具有重大意义。

Abstract
Coal and gas outburst is one of the major disaster accidents in coal mines, which is
a serious threat to the coal mine production safety. China is the world's coal and gas
outburst (following short outburst) disaster of the most affected countries, most of the
complex geological conditions of coal mines, large gas, coal and gas outburst danger of
serious. China coal mine accident in 10 cases of major outburst in 2008, which accounts
for heavy, large gas accidents %. In the gas accident, Opened outburst coal seam
caused accident harm which is particularly serious. Seam opened in the blasting
moments, due to the sudden breaking of coal seam surface, Coal stress state and gas
occurrence state sudden change, In the gas under pressure and stress, the coal seam
gas-rich rapidly to the roadway space throw out a large number of coal and gas, created
rock cross-cut coal uncovering outburst.
In this paper, Combined the Sino-Thai Mining (former Hebi 4 mine) rock cross-cut
coal uncovering reality, analysis of coal seam occurrence and structural characteristics,
