摘
要
目的: 对于实施心脏复苏( CPR )后的患者, 为减轻脑功能障碍和防止脑损伤进一步加重, ICU 制定激发生命力潜能的护理临床路径。
方法: 借鉴循证医学, 运用统筹学等相关理论, 设计中西医结合的临床路径并实施于抢救后的维持护理中。结果: 运用有效的临床路径, 缩短了
患者在 ICU 内停留时间, 降低了医疗费用。结论: 中西医结合的临床路径是符合危重症护理特点的有效方法, 路径内容具体、详细, 是确保路径
实施的关键。
