方法选择我院消化科门诊经胃镜确诊慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌等常见上消化道疾病阳性患者,经首

次根除失败后病例 750 例作为研究对象,并随机分为、、三组各 250 例。组 250 例,首先以标

准剂量+果胶铋 300 +左氧氟沙星 200 +四环素 500 , ,治疗 7 ;之后再以标准剂量+果胶铋
