摘要
从湖北农产品的出口产品总量、出口产品种类、出口市场结构、出口贸易方式结构四个方面对湖北农产品的现状进行描述可知,湖北农产品出口存在两方面的问题:国际市场问题和内部问题。从这些问题出发,为解决湖北省农产品出口问题,应该从市场需求、农产品加工业、具有比较优势的农产品出口原料基地的建设、农产品质量安全管理、人民币升值压力下农产品出口应对策略、培育农产品出口品牌等六个方面寻找解决思路。找出具有竞争优势的农产品,使更多农民从事这些农产品的种植和生产,带动地方经济发展,提高农产品附加值,增加农民收入,拓展湖北农产品的国际市场空间。

The Problems and Solutions of Hubei Agricultural Products Export Trade
Abstract
The article is mainly from four aspects, export products overall , export products category, export market structure and export trade pattern to detailed analysis Hubei agricultural products situation. Meanwhile basing on it to obtain the existing two problems: international market problems and internal problems. And from the problem of formulate corresponding solution ,six aspects ,marketing demands, development of the processing of agricultural products, the agricultural exports parative advantages in the construction of raw materials base, the quality safety management of agricultural exports, appreciation of the RMB, agricultural product export petitive advantages of agricultural products, making more peasants in these agricultural cultivation and production, driving local economic development to improve agricultural products value, increasing the e of peasants, expanding the international market space of Hubei agricultural products.

绪论
湖北省地处中国中部、长江中游,农业资源十分丰富,是中国重要的农产品生产基地。湖北素称”鱼米之乡“,是全国重要的商品粮、棉、油生产基地和最大的淡水产品生产基地。湖北省农产品出口品种较多,主要有猪、牛、羊、鸡、冻猪肉、猪肠衣、鲜蛋及皮盐蛋、冻虾、蒜头、木耳、蘑菇及罐头、薇菜、蕨菜、莼菜、板栗、茶叶、种用玉米及稻谷、精米、芝麻及芝麻油、天然蜂蜜及蜜王浆、中药材、魔芋制品、活性酵母、棉籽及油菜籽饼、烟草等几十个品种,还有近几年发展较快的极具出口潜力的脱水蔬菜类的香菇、胡萝卜、包菜和新鲜莲藕、及西瓜、脐橙、葛粉。
多年以来,湖北的粮食、棉花、油料、生猪、水产品等主要农产品产量均居全国前列,为我国国民经济的持续健康发展作出重要贡献。然而,湖北农产品出口在全国不占重要地位,除了蜂产品、淡水产品、食用菌、蛋类等出口保持全国领先外,总体出口规模不大。
同时,湖北省农产品出口面临着国际方面和内部问题。包括出口农产品遭遇绿色贸易壁垒,人民币升值压力,出口市场结构单一,出口市场过于集中经营农产品出口的企业少,许多出口产品和有出口潜力的产品生产、加工能力严重不足,加工业发展严重滞后,产品出口增长乏力。
湖北农产品是典型的劳动密集型产品,也是加入WT0后我省为数不多的具有比较优势的产品之一。农产品的出口对于我省整体的出口创汇、对农业生产结构的调整
