为进一步完善我国的工伤保险事故预防机制,从法律、经济和安全生产三方面进行工伤预防的探讨和研究是十分必要。在工伤事故预防的法律策略上建议提高工伤保险的法律等级、落实工伤预防的具体内容和明确工伤预防的监督管理机构;在工伤保险事故预防的经济策略上,归纳为合理提取工伤预防基金、有效使用工伤预防基金和建立科学的费率机制三项内容;在工伤事故预防的安全生产策略上,强调安全生产主管部门应统一管理和协调安全生产与工伤保险工作,安全生产部门与工伤保险部门相互配合,分工协作,加强安全文化教育宣传工作。通过完善工伤保险的事故预防机制,把工伤事故预防落到实处,减少和控制工伤事故的发生,把事故消灭在萌芽状态,最终避免工伤事故给社会、企业和个人带来的伤害。

To improve Chinese prevention mechanism of work injury insurance ulteriorly,it is very necessary to study the prevention of work injury on legislation,economy and safety product proposes on the legislation measures of work injury prevention is to enhance the legislative grade of work injury insurance,to carry out the actual content of work injury prevention and to clear the department of supervision and the economic measures of work injury prevention,it is summarized as extracting prevention fund reasonably,using prevention fund effectively and establishing scientific rate safety of production measures of work injury prevention,it is emphasis safety of production department should management and coordinate the safety of production and work injury insurance uniformly,safety of production department and work injury insurance sector should interaction,division of labor,enhance the publicity of safety culture and improving prevention mechanism of work injury insurance,we can reduce and control work injury's occurrence,eliminate the accident in the embryonic stage,and avoid the harm to munity,businesses and individuals.
