导入“社区参与”理念的旅游管理新模式研究
――以通道县芋头侗寨为例
【摘要】随着旅游业的蓬勃发展,在旅游开发过程中,许多旅游地的社区居民较多的承受了旅游业发展的负面影响,从而制约了旅游业的可持续发展。社区参与是体现社区利益和居民意志的有效机制,基于社区参与理念的旅游地管理新模式可较大程度的协调旅游地利益相关者的关系,为旅游地的可持续发展提供保障。本文以通道侗族自治县芋头侗寨为例,分析了芋头侗寨旅游开发中发导入社区参与理念的必要性和可行性,并结合实际情况,指出应注意的问题,为芋头侗寨的旅游业的可持续发展提出建议,并为同为欠发达地区的少数民族地区开展村寨旅游提供了有益的借鉴。

The research of new tourism management munity involvement——Take YuTou Dong village,TongDao county for example
[Abstract]As the vigorous development of tourism industry,lots munity residents bearing majority of the negative effect in the development process, thus,in the contrary,limited the sustainable development. Community involvement is an effective mechanism that embodys munity interests and residents’will, the new model could coorperate the relationships among the interests relatives,and thereby guarantee the sustainable development. Take YuTou Dong village for example,the passage not only analyzed the necessary and feasibility of leading munity involvement concept into the development process, and bined the practical situation,pointed out several problems we must pay attention to, came up with practical advices,so as to help the other minority districts.
