乡镇企业融资困境及出路
摘要
乡镇企业是指农村集体经济组织或者农民投资为主,在乡镇举办的承担支援农业义务的各类企业,我国乡镇企业出现于上个世纪五十年代,经过发展,已成为推动国民经济增长的重要力量,在解决农业增效,农民增收,农村繁荣,统筹城乡发展等问题上发挥着重要作用。然而,由于自身规模有限,融资环境差,融资渠道单一等原因,融资难成为乡镇企业面临困境。今年的政府工作报告提出,引导金融机构加大对经济结构调整特别是“三农”、小微企业、战略性新兴产业等的金融支持。而《金融业发展和改革“十二五”规划》也明确指出,着力促进金融创新,优化金融发展环境,解决小型微型企业融资困难。解决乡镇企业融资难问题,成为我们面临的重要课题。

ABSTRACT
