Abstract : Ten patients with humeral intercondylar fracture at First Department of Orthopaedics, Yijishan Hospital, Wannan Medical College from September 2005 to October 2007. The posterior midline incision and the approach of liguliform flap of musculus triceps brachii were used for all cases within the first week after injury. Attention was directed to careful anatomical restoration of the trochlea and olecranon, the ponent of the fracture was then reduced and articular reconstruction was temporarily stabilized the distal end of the humerus with screws or Kirschner wires, at last, single or dual
