ICU 专科护士教学基地准入标准与
现存问题的分析

[摘要]临床教学基地的教学质量,对培训ICU专科护士有着重要的作用。临床教学基地的评审有其认证的原则和评审程序,16ICU
专科护士教学基地中,其医疗护理水平处于国内领先地位,医疗仪器设备完备先进,教学计划较完整,护理管理比较完善。相对而言,教学基地的医
疗和教学环境仍有待改善,临床带教老师的规范化培养和资格认证制度尚处于起步阶段,部分教学基地的科研水平有待进一步提高,需根据学员需要
增加护理管理的教学计划。

[Abstract] The teaching quality of clinical teaching base is vital to the training of ICU special nurse. ICU nurse training base has its
special entrance standards and assessment procedure. In Beijing, the sixteen training bases having been approved as special nurse training
bases have leading level in caring critical patients, advanced medical equipments, integrated training plan and consummate nursing
management. However, the medical and teaching environments of these bases still need to be improved. The standardized and system-
atized training for the clinical instructors are still at its beginning stage. Their scientific research levels still need to be elevated. The practice
of nursing management should be added in the teaching plan.
