[摘要] 为了验证γ-氨基丁酸与高铜促生长机理的相似性,我们设计并实施了低铜日粮加γ-氨基丁酸与高铜日粮之间促生长效果差异的饲养试验。选择150头体重大于15kg外三元(杜×长×大)杂交仔猪,随机分成试验组和对照组,试验组为低铜添加γ-氨基丁酸,对照组为高铜日粮。试验结果表明试验组和对照组之间平均日增重、采食量、料肉比差异不显著。γ-氨基丁酸部分替代仔猪日粮中的高铜是可行的。使用方法是铜50-80mg/mg,铁80mg/mg,锌80mg/mg,γ-氨基丁酸10mg/mg。

Feasibility research on substitution high copper with GABA in piglet ration

[Abstract]In order to confirm the similarity of mechanism of promote growing between γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and high copper,feeding experiment on difference of effect promote growing between adding GABA in low copper ration and high copper ration had been designed and carried out. We pick 150 foreign breed(Durac×Landrace×DaBai) pigs that body weight more than 15kg into 2 groups, one group for basic group, the other for testing. We add GABA in testing group ration, the basic group feed high copper ration. Testing results demonstrated that there was no any difference between test group and basic group in Average Day Gain (ADG), feed intake and feed conversion rate. It is feasible that GABA substitute high copper in piglet ration. We suggest the dose is 50-80ppm copper, 80ppm iron, 80ppm zinc, and 10ppm GABA.
