雄风集团核心竞争提升路径分析
摘要
雄风集团有限公司是一家创于1988年,是集家电批发、家电零售连锁及百货于一体的综合性企业,该公司自建立至今取得了较大的发展,已初具规模,形成了其独特的竞争力,但是其如果想要取得更大的发展,必须认识到其核心竞争力的不足,找到提升核心竞争力的路径。本文将按照一般企业的核心竞争力提升思路来分析雄风的核心竞争力,通过对雄风员工的问卷调查,对集团内部刊物,外部文献资料的收集等方法,分析雄风的现状,寻找雄风核心竞争力的优势与不足,并找出弥补这些不足的办法,以此取得提升核心竞争力路径的方法。
