1. 目的 Purpose and applicable scope
本作业指导书叙述了空气处理机组的安装步骤和技术要求,以指导安装作业,保证安装质量,本指导书适应于空气处理机组(热送风机组、排风机组、空调机组、循环冷风机组、及小型分体空调器)安装。
This construction plan is intended to describe installation procedure and technical requirement of HVAC unit to ensure quality of installation. This construction plan is applicable of installation of HVAC unit such as blower unit, exhaust cleaning unit, circle cooling wind unit and small air-condition unit.

施工先决条件 precondition
a) 有关设备安装的施工图纸和技术文件完整。
Shop drawing & technical document on installation should be provided fully.
b) 有关人员熟悉图纸和相关的技术文件。
Relevant personnel should understand drawing & relevant technical document.
c) 安装现场清理干净,安全可靠,具备安装条件。
Site should be cleaned, safety and is applicable of installation.
d) 设备安装基础经过检查验收合格。
The foundation of equipment should be checked and accepted.
e) 所用的吊装和运输设备完好,所需工机具完好。
All equipment & tools that used for lifting & transporting should be in good condition.
f) 对吊装不锈钢设备,所用绳索要采取保护措施。
