随着电子商务行业竞争更加激烈,XXX公司在发展中也遇到了很多问题,必须制定出新的发展战略,以确保公司健康发展。本文利用SWOT分析法对XXX公司内外部环境进行了分析,并通过价值链分析对XXX公司和主要竞争对手的经营活动进行系统性分析比较,得出XXX公司在服务、区域、企业联合等方面具有竞争优势,确立了XXX公司的发展战略目标为提升竞争优势。对涉及成本、市场规模、经营规模三方面的有关发展战略方案进行分析、选择;确定了以服务为中心的差异化竞争、以北方市场为中心的地区竞争、以与各地市区市场联合提高XXX公司竞争优势的战略方案,进而在此基础上制定了XXX公司发展战略及具体实施方案,最后提出了发展战略实施的一些具体保障措施。

This article used the SWOT analytic method to carry on the analysis to pany internal and external environment, and carried on the systematic parison through the value chain analysis to pany and petitor management, obtained pany in aspects and so on service, region, cartel has petitive advantage, has established pany's developmental strategy goal for the petitive advantage. To involves the cost, the market scale, the management scale three aspect related developmental strategy plans carries on the analysis, the choice; Had determined take serves as the central petition, take the north market as the central petition, enhances petitive advantage by and each place urban district bination the strategic plan, then has formulated XXX corporate growth strategy and the concrete implementation plan in this foundation, finally proposed the developmental strategy implementation some concrete safeguard measure.
