摘要
现在的变速器越来越复杂,多数修理工对自动变速器的工作原理了解不深,对其结构还不很熟悉,对其故障诊断还缺乏经验,掌握自动变速器的原理、结构与维修是我们的基本功。本文论述了自动变速器的发展、组成、作用,通过各种资料集思广益,深入浅出的总结了自动变速器的工作原理。着重介绍分析了电控液力自动变速器常见故障、故障原因及故障诊断的流程与排除的方法。并通过具体的实例对凌志400轿车装了A341E自动变速器维修方法进行了探讨。论文最后以自动变武器的养护和使用注意事项探讨,以达到自动变速器的了解,并运用在实际工作中。

ABSTRACT
The transmission is ing plex, the majority of the repairman working principle of automatic transmission is not deep, the structure is not very familiar with, for the fault diagnosis is lack of experience, grasp the principle, structure and repair of the automatic transmission is the basic work of our. This paper discusses the automatic transmission development, composition, function, through a variety of material benefit by mutual discussion, explain profound theories in simple language summary of the working principle of automatic transmission. It focuses on the analysis of electronically controlled hydraulic automatic transmission fault, fault reason and fault diagnosis process and troubleshooting methods. And through specific examples of Lexus 400 car with automatic transmission A341E repair method were discussed. Finally based on the automatic weapon maintenance and points for attention in use of, in order to achieve the automatic transmission to understand, and use in practical work.
