中文摘要
目前,就业状况的两极分化与收入一样,都十分严重。在不同的学校、专业,甚至是相同学校、相同专业的学生之间就业绩效的差距也在不断拉大,有的能够找到很好的工作,并且受到众多用人单位的追捧,而有的则恰恰相反,主要原因之一就是个体具有不同的就业通用能力。为此,本研究采取问卷调查的实证研究,对华南师范大学经济与管理学院06级毕业生的就业通用能力进行调查与分析,探索大学生就业通用能力与就业绩效的影响因素以及他们之间的关系。

Abstract

Therefore, this study adopts the form of questionnaires, on the South China Normal University, Economics and Management 06 graduates of the investigation and analysis of general ability, general ability to explore the Graduate Employment and employment performance factors and their relationship.

现阶段,随着我国高等教育大众化进程加快,高校不断的扩招使得大学生人数不断增加,大学生就业形势显得异常严峻。大学生就业难已成为社会突出问题,引起了各级政府、教育部门和社会各界高度关注。大学生是我国宝贵的人才资源,解决好大学生的就业问题,直接关系到大学生个人价值的实现,更直接关系到我国经济持续稳定的发展和社会的和谐稳定。许多研究和实践都表明,大学生就业能力是影响大学生就业绩效的重要因素,因此,研究大学生就业能力
