饭店员工流动原因及对策分析
摘要
现在我均饭店员工流动率达到35%,有些饭店更是高达45%,每年到底饭店缺少人手是饭店管理最为头疼的事,从目前整个行业的现状来看,人员流动过快确实给企业的经营管理上带来了很大的困扰,员工流动率的提高给许多公司都造成了人员缺失现象,因此,对员工的研究一直是饭店管理的重要课题,而饭店中员工的流失问题与饭店的生存与发展有着密切关系。正确分析饭店员工流失原因,找出对策是解决问题的关键,那么我们就要抓住这些关键问题的特点去分析。
本文正是从饭店环境与管理制度、员工自身问题和社会等方面进行研究加以分析,并结合人力资源管理等有关理论,提出相应的解决策略,从而解决饭店员工流动率过高的问题,让饭店业达到稳定的发展。

Hotel Staff Flow Analysis of Causes and Countermeasures
Abstract
Now China's hotel industry employee turnover is very high, average hotel employee turnover reached 35%, some hotel is as high as 45%, exactly a year is the management of hotels with the most headache, from the current situation of the industry as a whole, the movement of personnel too fast indeed to the management of the enterprise management has brought great distress, the improvement of employee turnover to panies are causing hiatus phenomenon, therefore, to the staff of the hotel management is always the important subject, and the loss of employees in the hotel and the existence and development of the hotel has close relationship. The correct analysis and hotel staff drain causes and countermeasures is the key of resolving the problem, then we shall have to catch the key problem features to analysis. This article is from the hotel environment and management system, staff own problems and social aspects to analyze the research, and connecting with the human resources management and other relevant theory, this paper proposes the solution of the corresponding strategies to solve the problem of high hotel staff turnover, let the hotel industry to achieve stable development.
