长治市社会体育指导员现状调查与对策研究
摘要
长治市作为全国十大文明城市之一,群众对体育锻炼的需求日益增大,而长治市社会体育指导员的现状却没有受到应有的重视,通过对山西省长治市社会体育指导员的统计数据,工作状况,影响因素等的调查,找出现阶段社会体育指导员队伍中存在的问题并相应提出解决问题的构想。通过发放《长治市社会体育指导员现状调查问卷》获得具体数据并进行统计学分析使人们对社会体育指导员素质的要求及需求用量化证明,并通过访谈法对长治市体育局相关人员进行访谈。得出长治市社会体育指导员普遍趋于老龄化发展,%的比例。主要原因在于老年人的业余时间较多对社会体育活动有丰富的时间和较大的热情,在思想上老年人更比青年人理解体育健身的重要性。青年人在体育健身活动中只限于自我健身而参与到社会体育指导员队伍中人数不多。大多青年社会体育指导员对于无报酬的体育活动指导普遍淡漠。而对于社会体育指导员的管理机制和组织缺乏统一性。

Abstract
The city of Changzhi as the ten largest city of civilization,mass physical exercise on the demand increases day by day,and the city of Changzhi the current situation of social sports instructors have not been given due attention,through to the Shanxi province Changzhi city social sports instructor's statistical data,work status,influence factors and so on,find out the stage of social sports instructor the problems existing in the ranks and put forward to solve the probiem the city of Changzhi issued a total of 200 copies of to specific data and statistical analysis was performed to enable people to social sports instructor's quality requirements and needs for quantification of through interviews of Changzhi sports bureau Wang Tao teacher interviews,reach Changzhi city social sports instructors generally tend to the volunteer team in the elderly accounted of social sports instructors,in the volunteer team in the elderly accounted for 80%of zhe large proportion main reason is that the elderly amateur time more on social sports activities have abundant time and great enthusiasm,in the though of older people more than young people understand the importance of physical people in physical fitness activities are restricted to self fitness and participatio
