摘要
随着我国对外开放的不断深入,国际贸易往来和国内经济迅猛发展,促进了物流业在我国进入全面提升的时代。然而,在我国物流企业不断发展壮大的同时,国外物流企业也迅速地进入了中国这样一个巨大的物流市场,在拥有庞大的物流网络和资金优势的前提下,国际物流巨头纷纷由沿海城市向内地进军。从现实的格局来看,内资物流企业虽然经历了在国家产业政策保护下拥有一定的资源优势,但从2005年12月国家物流政策对物流企业全面开放以后,无论是从市场资源、物流管理水平、还是服务产品的优化、信息管理水平等诸多方面,与外资物流企业均存在着较大的差距,且随着外资进入我国市场的不断深入,外资物流企业在国内呈现出不断扩张和蓬勃发展的趋势。本课题研究正是在我国物流迅猛发展过程中大批外资物流企业进入国内物流市场环境下提出的,在这种背影之下,通过对我国物流业发展现状和外资物流业在中国的发展现状进行分析,以及对外资进入对我国物流业所产生的影响的研究,借鉴国外物流业成熟的发展经验,提出了部分我国物流业应对外资物流业强势追击的对策,对于我国物流业的健康发展具有重要的意义。
