摘要
物业管理作为一个新兴的行业,伴随着我国社会经济和房地产市场的快速发展,已逐渐成为房地产经营管理的重要组成部分。物业管理的推进与发展,改善了广大居民的生活、工作环境,推动了两个文明建设,为促进住宅建设成为新的经济增长点和实施社会再就业工程作出了积极的贡献。同时,也应该看到在物业管理过程中存在的问题日益突出。据郑州市价格举报投诉中心的资料显示,物业管理的投诉共有 3 526 件,占整个投诉总量的 %,成为 2003 年市民投诉的七大热门行业之首。因而,研究现阶段我国物业管理发展存在的问题及对策成为热点问题。
