摘要:自从2002年开始,经过历届党和政府的重视下,农村合作医疗制度取得了世界瞩目的成就。毋庸置疑,农村合作医疗的发展离不开政府的支持。首先,从历史的角度下解剖政府的政府行为变化。接着,从政府公共产品入手,分析我国合作医疗制度的的现状。然后,对中央和地方、官员为主体的经济行为分析。最后,就如何地推动农村合作医疗制度改革建言献策以此更好、更快实现全面小康社会,圆中国梦。

Analysis of rural cooperative medical care system of behavior
Abstract: since 2002, after all the party and the government attaches great importance to, the rural cooperative medical care system has made remarkable achievements in the world. There is no doubt that the development of rural cooperation medical care without government support. First of all, from the Angle of history, we also see the change of government behavior. What’ more, there are the analysis of behavior among the central and local governments, officials .Finally, on how to make mendations to promote rural cooperative medical care system reform in order to better, faster realize a well-off society in an all-round way, to achieve China's dream.
