随着市场竞争的日益激烈,顾客需求的不断变化,科学技术的迅速发展,企
业的生存与发展正面临着越来越严峻的挑战,实行战略管理是企业在复杂多变的
经营环境中获得持续竞争优势的根本途径,这就要求我国企业必须根据外部环境
及其变化趋势,结合自身内部资源条件,正确制定企业竞争战略,从而获得持续
竞争优势。
本文的研究分为两个部分:理论研究与实证研究。理论研究部分,主要侧重
于企业战略管理的分析与研究,有选择性的重点研究了基于 SWOT 分析法的战略
管理理论;实证研究部分,以郑州纺织机械股份有限公司公司为研究对象,从该
公司所处的内外部环境来分析其经营战略选择,依据此案例结合具体的行业背
景,针对企业的实际情况,从公司战略问题的提出、公司整体业务发展趋势和业
务组合分析、公司具体的业务单元的战略分析、公司资源与能力分析和公司战略
方案的制定这几个方面对战略管理过程进行了诠释,并且将相关的一些技术分析
方法运用于管理实践的过程作了全程演绎。

Abstract
Along with more petition and changing customers’ needs and wants
and the rapid developing technology,the corporations are faced with more and more
challenge. A lot of researches and practices indicate that strategic management is an
ultimate approach for the corporation to gain petitive advantage in
complex and turbulent environment. And along with the economy globalization and
market internationalization, the corporations of China had pete with
multinational corporations all over the world.
In this thesis, the study consists of two parts: theoreticalresearch and empirical
research, theoretical research. Some theoreticalstudies, mainly focused in corporate
strategic management analysis and research, the focus of selective SWOT analysis
based on the strategic management theory; empirical ponent, to ZF
company as the research object, from inside and outside environment to analyze its
operations strategies, based on this bined with specific industry background,
for the actual situation of enterprises, from pany's proposed strategy,the
company's overall business trends and portfolio analysis, company specific business
unit of strategic analysis, pany resources and capacity analysis and corporate
strategic program development of several aspects of this strategic management
process of interpretation, the integrating related technical analysis method was applied
