摘要
工业化是人类经济社会发展不可逾越的特定历史时期。在探求亳州工业经
济加快发展和科学发展路径的驱动下,本文通过对亳州市近十年来统计数据及
相关文献资料的整理、归纳、分析、对比,总结分析了亳州工业经济发展的现
状及呈现的良好发展势头;为根据经济发展规律推动亳州工业经济发展,本文
从人均 GDP、产业结构、劳动力就业结构及城市化率四方面对亳州工业发展水平进行
判断,认为当前,亳州工业经济发展正处于工业化初级阶段;推动工业经济发展,认
识自身面临形势,找准政策着力点至关重要,本文运用 SWOT 分析法,对亳州工业经
济发展自身存在的优势和劣势、面临的内外部机遇与挑战进行全面、系统的对比分析,
认为亳州工业虽受产业结构、发展方式转变、区域经济竞争加剧等方面的压力,但同
时,也面临着经济复苏、中部崛起、加快皖北发展、产业转移等重要历史机遇。
在全面分析,认真总结的基础上,得出如下结论:一是亳州工业经济已经具备快
速发展的基础;二是加快亳州工业经济发展要优先发展特色支柱产业;三是加快亳州
工业经济发展的关键是解决融资难、管理水平低等制约经济发展的瓶颈问题;四是加
快亳州工业经济发展必须要以科学发展观为指导,加强自主创新,走新型工业化道路。

The Research of the Industrial Economy Development in
Bozhou City
ABSTRACT
Industrialization is a specific historical period which the economic society should be
passable. In order to seize the present good opportunity and explore the development path
of the industrial economy, this study contrasted, analysed and sum up the development of
industrial economy and the statistical data of the last ten years of Bozhou city. The study
shows the present situation and the good future of industrial economy in Bozhou city. To
promote the Bozhou city's economic development, using the scientific method, in terms of
the per- capita GDP, industrial structure, the employment structure for labor force and
percentage of urbanization , the study gives a judgment that the industry of Bozhou is
staying in the primary stage of industrialization. Using SWOT analysis, on the basis of
detail analysis of it's own strengths and weakness, the challenges and opportunities from
internal and external, this study believes that though the industry economic recovery, the
rise of central China, speeding up economic development in Bozhou bears great pressures
from industrial opportunities of economic recovery, the rise of central China, speeding up
economic development in the northern of Anhui.
At the basis of the careful analysis and summary, the main conclusions are as fol
