NdFeB 磁体磁化及温度处理后磁畴结构的变化

摘要:采用磁力显微镜(M ic force microscopy, MFM)和 X 射线衍射(XRD)研究了烧结 NdF eB 磁体磁化
及 125℃高温处理后的磁畴结构,分析了磁化及温度处理对磁体物相成分及磁畴结构的影响。结果发现,磁化及高温
处理后磁体的相结构没有发生变化,而磁畴结构却发生明显变化;开路磁通的变化是磁畴结构变化引起的。

Abstract: We studied the ponents and ic domain structure of sintered NdFeB permanent
after ization and high-temperature treatment using ic force microscopy (MFM) and X-ray
diffraction (XRD) as well as high-coercivity Co-Cr ic probe, made an analysis of the effect of ization and
heat treatment on the ponents and ic domain structures. It is found that ization and
hi gh-temperature treatment result in no changes in the ponents, but obvious changes occurs in the ic
domain structure ; open-circuit ic flux loss may attribute to the change of ic domain structures.
